With effect from the 1st of November 2024, Tibor Bok has taken over the management of the Czech branch of the VdS Technical Inspection Services. From the Brno office, he is responsible for the testing, evaluation and certification of stationary fire prevention and protection systems in the Czech Republic and in Eastern European countries.
Cologne, December 2024: The graduate civil engineer brings with him around 20 years of sales and management experience in the fire prevention and protection industry for his new tasks. As a project manager at the international installer company Pyronova, Tibor Bok was responsible for client projects in the Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland and Slovakia.
In addition, he previously worked for VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH as a fire prevention and protection assessment expert in Germany and the Czech Republic. Most recently, he was responsible for the Czech market as sales manager at Minimax.
Tibor Bok succeeds Andrej Turčan, who had taken over the management of the business in the Czech Republic on an interim basis and left the company at the end of last month at his own request to take on a new professional challenge.
